That God may provide Michelle E. with opportunities to reevaluate her motivations and find the strength to repent of her acts of betrayal, own the misery caused by her actions, for the good of all concerned and for the salvation of her soul.

For Christians under persecution, especially those in Nigeria, the Congo, the Middle East and China: may God strengthen them in their trials and provide them protection and relief from all dangers.

That those in positions of authority may have the courage to speak the truth, to uphold justice, and provide opportunities for those wronged to freely express themselves in responsible ways so that those guilty of frivolous acts may be held to account and make amends with those they have harmed.

For those who engage in gossip: that they may turn to God for the grace to overcome their destructive behaviour, to practice virtue and cultivate peace and goodness.

In thanksgiving for good friends, their prayers and many acts of kindness during times of trials.

For law enforcement officers who must contend with the chaos of rioters: may they be safe in the exercise of their efforts to protect law-abiding citizens from violent illegal non-citizens and misguided fellow citizens whose actions threaten the peace.

In thanksgiving to God for graces received: fortitude; peace; confidence; longsuffering; wisdom and insight that benefits friendship; solidarity with others experiencing undeserved situations.

For a young Catholic woman facing false accusations and constant bullying by her hospital coworkers for her resistance to unethical practices.
